At Pasabuy by Lei, we take great care in checking the quality of all items before packing and dispatch. Our goal is to ensure your orders arrive in the best condition possible.

Please read our returns and refund policy below:

• No Refunds or Replacements for Sealed Products:
  We do not offer refunds or replacements for sealed items unless they are expired upon arrival, based on the product’s printed expiry date.
• Packaging & Air Cargo Transport:
  Some items may arrive with minor packaging deformations due to air cargo transport from the Philippines. These are out of our control but rest assured the products remain safe, usable, and consumable.
• Expired Products Upon Delivery:
  If you receive a product that is already expired upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and the expiry date. We will review and offer a refund or store credit where applicable.
