2. Orders & Payment

• Pre-orders and Pasabuy Products:
  All pre-order and pasabuy items require confirmation from Pasabuy by Lei before any payment is made. Orders placed without confirmation may be canceled or delayed.
• Availability:
  Product availability may vary depending on supply, shipping conditions, or customs. In the event an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or refund.
• Payment:
  Full payment is required after order confirmation and must be made through the approved payment methods

3.Delivery

• We deliver Australia-wide.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location and product type (especially for pre-orders and air-freighted items).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or external shipping issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

• We check all items before packing and dispatch.
• No refunds or replacements will be given for sealed products, unless they are expired upon delivery (based on the printed expiry date).
• Some packaging may appear dented or deformed due to air cargo transport. These products are still safe and consumable.

Pasabuy by Lei is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost income or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
